Aton Health Welcomes Joseph Kivlin as Vice President of Finance
Aton Health is pleased to welcome Joseph Kivlin as Vice President of Finance, adding experienced healthcare financial leadership to the team as Aton Health continues to grow.
In his role, Joe will lead Aton’s finance function while serving as a strategic partner to the broader leadership team. His responsibilities will span financial operations as well as program economics, financial modeling and deal structures, helping ensure that Aton’s growth is supported by a strong and scalable financial foundation.
“The role sits at the strategy table, modeling deal structures and program economics and defending them to physician owners, while also owning the disciplined, recurring accounting work,” said Kivlin.

Joe brings more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience spanning financial performance, health economics, financial modeling, risk-based contracting and complex revenue operations. Most recently, he served in a senior leadership role with University Health Kansas City, working across clinical, operational and financial leadership to support performance in value-based environments. Throughout his career, he has focused on bringing together analytics, financial strategy and operational insight to support sustainable growth and measurable results.
What attracted Joe to Aton was the opportunity to help build the infrastructure behind a more connected approach to diagnostic care. In particular, he sees an opportunity to connect emerging screening technologies with real-world clinical outcomes, creating the economic and operational foundation needed to make that ecosystem work for patients, providers and partners.
