Aton Health Promotes Lisa Bellm to Vice President, Operations
Bellm takes on expanded leadership responsibility as Aton continues to scale its clinical research operations
Kansas City, MO, October 21, 2026 — Aton Health announces the promotion of Lisa Bellm to Vice President, Operations, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the company continues to grow its clinical research capabilities and scale the delivery of its services.
Bellm joined Aton in February 2026 as Executive Director, Operations, bringing extensive experience building and leading operations within growing healthcare organizations. In her expanded role, she will oversee company operations, with a focus on ensuring successful service delivery while building the processes, capabilities and operational infrastructure needed to support Aton Health’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Aton Health, Bellm spent 18 years in the healthcare B2B services industry. After beginning her career in B2B marketing, she joined Captify Health as part of its founding team and transitioned into startup operations. She progressed from Director of Operations to Vice President of Operations and ultimately Senior Vice President, overseeing company-wide operations and P&L responsibility.
At Aton, Bellm is applying that experience to an increasingly important challenge in clinical research: creating the operational scale needed to make clinical trials more accessible to participants while helping sponsors generate better, faster data.
